The legal profession is in a period of major change. Because we work in close cooperation with tax accountants, certified public accountants, labour and social security attorneys, administrative scriveners and other professionals, we handle an unusually wide and sophisticated range of matters.

Experienced Attorneys
Asahi Law Office is looking for motivated attorneys who share our commitment to deepening our expertise across a broad range of practice areas and delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.
Our work spans the full range of corporate practice, including contract review and drafting, debt collection, intellectual property and business succession, as well as matters for individuals such as construction and real estate, inheritance, divorce and traffic accidents. Experienced attorneys who have joined us are active across these fields, and we will continue to recruit attorneys who can contribute in many areas and help extend the firm's practice.

Newly Qualified Attorneys
Asahi Law Office handles a wide variety of legal matters.
Our attorneys therefore need not only deep knowledge of the relevant law, but also flexible thinking, sound judgement and the ability to respond on the ground.
Because our caseload is so varied, we believe it is essential to understand the law as a whole, acquire practical skills and develop a well-grounded sense of balance. We place great importance on giving new attorneys broad experience, so alongside research and office work you will gain hands-on experience of client communication, negotiation and witness examination.
We are also a firm with an open atmosphere, where the representative attorney is close at hand and easy to consult. Senior attorneys and staff support new colleagues freely, offering ideas and advice beyond the boundaries of their own cases.
